Some I've fallen in love with, include:
On Parade by Sarah Jane Studios |
Golden Puppy by Penguin and Fish |
Birdie by Stitching Always |
Cherry on the Tree Swing by Aneela Hoey |
Duck Duck Robot by Shiny Happy World |
If, like me, you are relatively new to embroidery then I highly recommend checking out the Shiny Happy World site. Not only does Wendi have some gorgeous patterns, perfect for beginners, but she also has a range of step-by-step YouTube videos in her "Embroidery School" to cover the various stitches you may need. Perfect!
Before I get started, though, I may need to do something about this. ;)

I've been a little slack linking up to Thursday Think Tank of late but today I'm managing to surprise myself. Head on over to Becca's always inspiring blog to see everyone else's thoughts for this week.
I always have a bit of embroidery on hand... will be check these out.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your embroidering. You've found some lovely patterns:)
ReplyDeleteLove the patterns you've found - good luck with sorting out all that thread!
ReplyDeleteThey are all so cute but I really like the first one! YouTube embroidery school is a fab idea!
ReplyDeleteI bought Sarah Jane's embroider pattern..not sure what it's called - boy and girl outfits..I can't wait to try them out. I just have to many projects in my head and do not have enough time to really do them *LOL*.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link to the Shiny Happy World. It's a great site. I already added it to my favorite blog list.
I am looking forward to seeing your embroidery projects. :))
They are all gorgeous designs! An overwhelming urge to embroider hit me all of a sudden a little while ago too. I haven't succumbed yet, but I think I might soon, thanks for the inspiration and links :)
ReplyDeleteAdorable! I need to learn stitching so thanks for the link! I love the tree swing and the robot (obviously!) :)
ReplyDeleteAs I scrolled down I loved the Birdie one best and went "Oooh" along the way. Then when I got to the embroidery floss catastrophe I started laughing out loud! Thanks for TTTing!
